Shipping Policy

We ship fast because nobody likes waiting for their shades.

- Processing time: Orders are processed within 24 hours and ship out the next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

- Delivery time: Average 2–4 business days within the U.S. once shipped.

- Shipping rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the distance to your address, using our preferred USPS shipping methods. The exact rate shows at checkout.

- Where we ship from: Los Angeles, CA.

- Tracking: You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

- Wrong address? Double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it — you'll just cover the second shipping cost.

Delays happen — weather, carrier backups, holiday pileups. If your order takes longer than expected, reach out and we'll look into it with you.
